The movie follows the story of Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck), the prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike). The police and the media descend upon Nick, and the pressure mounts as the search for Amy intensifies.
The movie is a masterfully crafted thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. The acting is top-notch, and the plot is twisty and unpredictable. I highly recommend Gone Girl – it is one of the best movies I have seen in a long time.
