The plot follows a group of friends who break into the house of a wealthy blind man, thinking they’ll get away with the perfect heist. But as the night goes on, they realize that the man isn’t as helpless as he seems.

Don’t Breathe Story & Plot
Don’t Breathe is a taut, suspenseful thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. The film’s standout performance comes from Jane Levy, who is terrific as the group’s leader, Rocky. The rest of the cast is also strong, especially Dylan Minnette as Alex, the group’s brains. Daniel Zovatto is also suitable as Money, the group’s muscle.
The film is expertly directed by Fede Alvarez, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Rodo Sayagues. Alvarez does a great job ratcheting up the tension, and the film’s suspense is palpable. The film’s gore is also top-notch.
